  • I put 100% into 1-1 training so you can get the BEST results possible — it’s all about you! At the moment I am not doing any partner or group training.

  • Yes I can - on top of my fitness qualification, I have pursued further studies to become certified in nutrition.

    I create personalised meal plans tailored to your preferences and provide nutrition advice to support weight loss or enhance your overall health and well-being.

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 4pm (the first session starts at 9am and the last session starts at 4pm)

    You will be allocated the same training time slot every week. During your initial consultation, I’ll let you know what times are available and you can choose the one that best suits you. If your preferred time is not available, I will add you to the waiting list.

  • This is suitable for ladies who are prepared to invest at least $100 per week.

  • To prioritise everyone’s safety, we are unable to accomodate children in the gym.
