My name is Chandee. I am your Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. But I’m also going to be your biggest supporter, your friend and probably your therapist as well.

I got into the health and fitness industry because I love the benefits of exercise and healthy eating. There is so much controversial information out there when it comes to fitness and diet. My mission is to make things simple and sustainable so you can get fit, strong, lose weight and feel your best - you deserve it!

I am half Thai and half Kiwi (I am originally from New Zealand)

I lived in Dubai for 8 years

I am a massive foodie - Asian cuisine is my favourite

I have travelled to 53 countries

I am a runner, I run approximately 100km each month
