ABOUT ME
I’m Chandee and I’m in my mid 30s. I am your Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. But I’ll also be your biggest supporter, your friend, and probably your therapist too.
My fitness journey started when I was tired of feeling ‘skinny fat’ and getting out of breath after one flight of stairs. I spent years trying fad diets and “toning” workouts that got me nowhere. Once I finally got the right knowledge, everything changed. I lost 5kg, got the toned look I wanted, and I can now lift more than my body weight… which comes in handy when carrying all the groceries in one trip.
In a world full of contradicting health advice, my mission is to keep it simple for you. I’m here to help you get fit, strong, lose weight, and feel like you again — because you deserve to feel amazing. Let’s build something that actually works for you (and doesn’t involve any juice cleanse nonsense).
